PRAEMIUM is a roller coating that offers an economical alternative to spray coatings. Its non-stick performance is similar to a spray coating, and since roller coating production volume is typically higher than spray, PRAEMIUM is an excellent choice for cost-driven, post-formed cookware programs. The product’s special blend of Fluoropolymer and is made without PFOA.

This reinforced, water-base, PTFE, roller coating system has been developed to produce enhanced Quality Aluminium Cookware matching the best abrasion resistance and release properties. The raw materials and resins composing the system comply with major international specifications in terms of food contact (FDA, BGA, etc.) A new kind of primer, solvent based, increases adhesion and corrosion resistance. It is internally reinforced with a special blend of diverse ceramic materials. The product’s special blend of Fluoropolymer is made without PFOA.

It is part of the Deko family of patented nonstick products and provides outstanding long-term nonstick properties, even in the harshest environments. The product’s special blend of fluoropolymers is made without PFOA. The excellent scratch resistance produced by the incorporation of titanium particles causes the coating to be harder and more durable than conventionally reinforced systems. It is internally reinforced with a special blend of diverse ceramic materials.

CHARACTERISTICS

This system has been developed to realize non-stick interior finishes, by roll Application, on discs of High Quality Aluminium Cookware, with excellent release and abrasion properties.

PRE-TREATMENT

Acid Etching or mechanical pre-treatment.

A roughness of 1.2 -1.5 µm  (intended as Ra) is  required.
