in order to provide the requested services and to respond to Users’ communications and questions.
Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this platform acquire, during their normal operation,
certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
The data collected include information relating to access, such as IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site,
as well as other parameters relating to the user’s IT environment.
Such data will be processed for the strictly necessary time in order to fulfil the purposes set out in this notice.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site, or the use of restricted areas and the completion of web forms,
involves the subsequent acquisition and processing of the data necessary to provide the requested service and/or respond to requests,
as well as any other personal data entered.
Specific notices may be provided or displayed on the platform pages prepared for particular on-demand services.
Where access to certain services is subject to registration and the prior provision of personal data, the following general provisions apply:

4. Purposes, legal basis and processing methods
Personal data are processed exclusively for purposes related to the services provided by DEKO Srl
or for compliance with obligations set out by laws or regulations.
Within these purposes, processing may include data necessary to manage relationships with DEKO Srl,
including data provided during registration or when using online services.
Personal data are processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.
The personal data collected will be processed in accordance with this notice, using the technical and organizational measures established by our integrated management system
under the organizational model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003,

Data will be processed exclusively for DEKO Srl by internal personnel and may be disclosed to external parties acting as

Personal data collected and processed under this notice will be retained by the Data Controller for the period necessary to provide the service and, in any case,

The user has the right to request from the Data Controller access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data,
or restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR).

8. Provision of data
The User is free to provide personal data. Failure to provide any data that may be required as mandatory will make it impossible to obtain the service.
Additional personal data may be provided voluntarily by the User through requests sent to DEKO Srl based on the forms used by the platform.
By way of example, through the platform it is also possible to provide an email address or telephone contact details.
